Responsibilities 责任:

• Assist the Company to handle the M&A and investment project research 负责协助公司处理并购及投资项目信息研究；
• Perform detailed project analysis, including industry research, financial, legal and business analysis 对项目进行内部深入分析，包括行业分析、财务、法律、业务等分析；
• Propose structure analysis of each project 对目标交易建议初步的交易架构安排；
• Execute the jobs designated by the Company and the management of the Company, to work with the external professional parties to complete the transaction 执行部门与公司管理层工作安排，与外部顾问团队合作，实施完成交易；
• Other ad-hoc support upon request 其他交付的任务。
  

Requirements 要求:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Finance, Legal or relevant disciplines 拥有大学学历，主修金融、经济、财务、管理、法律等相关专业；
• CFA, CPA and ACCA holders are preferred 持有CFA、CPA、ACCA等专业资格者优先；
• At least 2-3 years of experiences of investment, M&A and due diligence 须有项目投资、项目并购、尽职调查等方面2-3年以上工作经验；
• Good understanding in Listing Rules and PRC law are preferred 熟悉香港联合交易所上市规则及国内法律者优先；
• A good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, with fluency in Putonghua 具备优良中英文书写能力及能操流利普通话、粤语及英语；
• Proficient in PC applications, especially MS Office 精通计算机应用，特别是微软Office。
