Responsibilities:

• Handle all round translation and interpretation duties during meetings 
• Support finance team in daily operation including production follow up and communication with HK, Taiwan and Japan sides 
• Assist to prepare reports and documents for audit
• Provide general administrative support to the company

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Audit, Translation is preferred
• About 3 years’ experience in supporting Japanese to handle translation and interpretation in Financial company
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese (JLPT1/N1 or N2 is a MUST) 
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is preferred
