Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all accounting, taxation, costing and financial control matters of subsidiary companies in Vietnam
2. Closely coordinate with all departments and external parties for delivering and/or driving results
3. Supervise subordinates to achieve KPI and goals
4. Perform cost control and internal control on operation
5. Timely and accurately deliver all financial reports, management accounts and analyses
6. Make recommendation to the management regarding efficiency and risk issues

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting and qualified Accountant (or finalist with solid experience)
2. 10 years or more relevant accounting working experience in manufacturing, and at least 5 years at managerial level. Possess working experience in South East Asia Region is highly preferable.
3. Familiar with IFRS accounting standards, financial accounting, taxation and costing. Have knowledge in FlexAccount system is highly preferable.
4. Willing to travel to/station in our subsidiaries in Vietnam
5. Independent, mature, able to work under pressure
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Can speak Vietnamese is highly preferable.
