Responsibilities:

• Responsible for process of sourcing, tendering and contract management
• Prepare documentation of relevant purchasing activities including price comparisons, tenders and market price surveys
• Negotiate with suppliers for competitive price and terms
• Liaise with user departments and suppliers to ascertain product specifications meet with users' requirements
• Ensure procurement process in compliance with policy
• Perform ad hoc duty as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in procurement
• Self-motivated, analytical, able to work independently, and meticulous to details
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong sense of business ethical standards
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
