Responsibilities:

• Report to Group Finance Manager
• Managing the daily operation of HK small accounting team
• Responsible the monthly reporting including consolidated accounts and assist in directing the Philippines finance team in preparing the reports and other management requirements
• Assist in directing and supervising Philippines team on the factory internal control and process improvement
• Assist in any business implementation projects in Philippines
• Coordinate and support external auditors year-end audit in HK and Philippines
• Provide financial information to management and business partners timely
• Perform any other ad hoc assignments as required by the Company.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting with CAP qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing industry, less experience will be considerate as Senior Accountant
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• A proactive and team player with strong communication and good interpersonal skills;
• Detailed-minded, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments and able to meet tight deadlines;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Previous audit experience is definitely an advantage;
• Knowledge of MYOB Accounting is advantage.
• Weekdays travel to Philippines is required, minimum is 8 days in a month
