Job Description
Scope of Responsibility:
- Supervise a team of 5 staffs to support the daily operation of Finance department in Hong Kong
- Support the month-end closing activities and the annual budgeting process of the company
- Prepare monthly variance analysis to review the operating efficiency of the company
- Supervise the customer credit review and AR collection processes
- Review inventory reserve and co-ordinate with warehouse team to ensure proper inventory management procedures in place
- Interface with different internal departments for daily operation support
- Coordinate with Corporate office to ensure SOX compliance in Asia
- Support the annual stock take and annual audit of the company
- Support the new ERP system development in the region and any ad hoc project as needed
Qualification, skill and working experience:
- University graduate in Finance or Accounting
- Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent
- 8 years or more related experience in the mixture of both G/L and Financial Planning & analysis roles, of which at least 3 years are at managerial role
- Big 4 experience with APAC exposure is highly preferable
- Proficiency in ERP system, MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word
- Excellent analytical & presentation skill with strong business acumen
- Good command in English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
- “Hands-on” with “can-do” attitude and the ability to be multitasked & prioritize workloads;
