Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing & purchasing of food & non-food items
• Good knowledge of goods purchasing flow and ordering process preferred
• Monitor supplier’s performance of delivery, product quality, unit cost and reliability of the suppliers
• Liaise with suppliers, organizing with internal department & performing administrative work with update daily and monthly reports
• Warehouse operation/inventory control/Cost management

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Purchasing / F&B related discipline
• Strong computer literacy skills with good command of Microsoft Excel, including creating formulas, spreadsheets and reports
• Good negotiation skill and able to deal with different level of people
• Self-motivated, detailed-minded & good time management
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Holder of valid Hong Kong diving license 1 & 2 is an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Purchasing and Warehouse Clerk
