Our Client is a fast growing Hong Kong based investment and asset Management Company. The main business scope includes private equity fund management, investment and asset management, and corporate financial advisory services, with a focus on mobile internet, internet financial technology, consumer finance, big data, intelligent hardware and medical massive health etc.

Job Duties

• Responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting duties of the company and its subsidiaries (the "Group"), including month-end / year-end financial close and consolidation.
• Perform daily accounting duties, accounts payable and receivable, include but not limited to filing, cheque issuance, vouchers preparation, cash position and bank reconciliation, etc.;
• Liaise with subsidiary companies to establish group annual budget and budgetary matters;
• Prepare monthly / quarterly management report
• Support all other accounting, company secretarial matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Profile

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance and / or business-related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience and previous exposure working in Big 4 / financial institutions is preferred;
• Hand-on experience in handling daily financial operations and management reporting;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage deadlines and work under pressure;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to take ownership and responsibilities and support the team;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
