Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, and monthly reports
• Prepare reports and financial statements
• Assist to handle statutory audit
• Support the day to day operation of the department
• Prepare invoice and receipt monthly
• Follow up all outstanding fee
• Data entry for accounting system
• Handle intercompany billing and reconciliation
• Responsible for daily accounts payable functions including preparation of accounting vouchers, cheques and records of supplier invoices
• Maintain daily operations and support month-end closing
• Handle general accounting clerical duties • Perform administrative ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma holder, preferably in accounting or related disciplines
• Handle full set of books independently at least 3 years
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in MYOB is a preferred
• Hard working, responsible, self-motivated, well organized & be a good team player
• Able to handle large volumes of payments and expenses
• Will consider to be a permanent staff after the completion of contract and perform satisfaction performance
