Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts

Handle vouchers, cheques and account statements

Review financial reports from overseas offices

Prepare monthly and yearly financial analysis, balance sheet, profit & loss report and management reports

Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Perform Month-End closing

Liaise with external auditors

Calculate and prepare payroll

Participate in tax advisory engagements in tax audit every year

Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

Form 5 or above with LCC higher Certificate; Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines;

At least 2 years full set accounting experience;

Strong data analytical skills/ accounting skills

Ability to work under pressure, quickly understand

Honest, hard-working, reliable, responsible, proactive team player

Proficient in MS Office skill (Word, Excel)

Immediate availability is preferred
