Responsibilities

• Handle the entire accounting operations of the securities & futures business as well as the company in general;
• Manage, review and monitor the daily operations, including month-end closing and other financial management reports for parent Group Company;
• Responsible for annual budgeting, planning, forecasting and monthly operational review report;
• Prepare monthly Returns on FRR and any other ad-hoc regulatory financial-related submissions for the Securities and Futures Commission;
• Assist in annual fund audit and tax compliance and liaise with external auditor;
• Perform portfolio monitoring and valuation;
• Provide support to the Front office on credit risk monitoring;
• Report to CEO and Group Financial Director

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in securities firm;
• Solid experience in preparing SFC financial returns;
• Efficient, detail minded and result oriented, able to meet tight time schedules;
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software;
• Good commend of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Short notice or Immediately available is a must
