Responsibilities:

• Familiar with Internet banking operations and handle daily accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing;
• Perform intercompany billings, account reconciliation at each month end;
• Responsible for full set of accounts for group companies and compile monthly financial statements in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, and prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis on timely basis
• Liaise with external auditor for preparation of end of year audit;
• Assist in Handling administrative works for group and ad-hoc assignments
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree / diploma in finance or accounting related discipline;
• 3 years or over above solid experience in full set of books;
• Knowledge in accounting software and Dynamic is an advantage
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent, pro-active, multi-task, hark working and able to meet tight deadlines, a team player;
• Honest, strong motivation, independent and good inter-personal skills
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, Mandarin and  Cantonese;
• Excellent in MS Excel and proficiency in MS Word;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
