Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and relevant financial accounting duties
• Prepare and review accounting journals, maintenance of A/R, A/P and General Ledger
• Prepare and arrange payment including expenses reimbursement
• Assist in the process of monthly and yearly closing of accounts, such as bank reconciliations, preparation of schedules.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Student member / member of professional accounting body (e.g. ACCA or HKICPA) preferred
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in handling full sets of accounts
• Self-motivated, initiative, independent and responsible
• Proficient in MS Office – in particular advanced Excel knowledge
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate available or Short notice is preferable
