Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare monthly management and consolidated accounts independently and ensure financial statements are in compliance with HKFRS and statutory rules;
• Monitor and review booking and day-to-day transaction processing to ensure all payments comply with internal control policies and procedures;
• Participate in development and implementation of internal control and other related policies;
• Liaise with auditors for external and internal audits;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline;
• At least 2 year of related working experience in sizable companies;
• Familiar with HK tax and knowledge in PRC tax, transfer pricing, FATCA is an advantage;
• Solid group level reporting experience and strong consolidation skill is preferred;
• Good knowledge on external audit and HK tax issues;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese);
• Strong in MS Office application, accounting software, and Chinese word processing.
