Reporting to Finance & IT Director, you will participate in developing and managing all investor relations, corporate communications and ESG strategies and activities:

• Responsible for creating and maintaining an investor relations platform which serves the senior management in effectively communicating with investors and equity analysts
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties to prepare annual report, ESG report, presentations, script and Q&A for meetings with analysts, investors and reporters
• Coordinate investor events including investor meetings, conferences, sites visits, AGM, results announcements and road shows
• Conduct peer comparison, market analysis, and financial modeling
• Maintain investor relations database and IR website

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications or related discipline(s)
• Minimum 5 years' corporate finance or investor relations experience with in-house investor relations, securities houses, or PR agencies
• Better have knowledge of building financial and valuation modeling and performing integrated analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel and Powerpoint in financial analysis
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skill
• CFA qualification is welcome
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience or qualification will be considered for the post of Investor Relators Manager
