Job Description & Responsibilities

We are recruiting a talented professional to join us. As a practice manager for China and Hong Kong Transaction Services (FS) team in our Deals lines of service, you need to:

• Support the national practice leader and partners in ensuring our execution of strategy is consistent across all our teams located in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing;
• Support the partners in tracking adequate projects resourcing, measure engagement profitability, KPIs tracking and variance analyses;
• Manage the practice knowledge management tools; and
• Supporting the functional and value proposition leaders in their recruitment of talent, through screening applications and referrals from recruiters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• At least five years of working experience in a professional services firm;
• Existing or strong practice management experience will be preferred;
• Good team player and strong people manager and comfortable to deal with senior executives;
• Able to think strategically;
• Willing to travel;
• Excellent business sense and commercially aware;
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, Cantonese (preferred);
• Innovative, confident and mature;
• Bright, team player who can work effectively under pressure and independently; and
• Self-starter with a desire to manage a large professional services practice.
