The main requirement of the job is to maintain and handle the day-to-day online accounts and finances of a fast growing – tech driven service provider.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with overall accounting of the company
• Proactively monitor the daily expenses, income and all other charges.

• Processing and analyzing the acquired data in a systematic manner.
• Reconciliation and analysis of various accounting reports

• Assist/Liaise with the software team for building robust next-gen accounting/finance modules

Qualifications/requirements:

• University degree in Accounting/ with 2-3 work experiences
• Accounts Speicialists
• Previous experience in either startup and /or working in e-commerce,/ logistics or technology business
• Immediately available will be Highly Preferred
• Prior work experience in public accounting; &/or financial consultancy; &/or e-Commerce/logistics; &/or technology business.
• Experience in cloud based ERP systems such as Netsuite, Quickbooks, and SAP.
• Minimum experience of 1-3 years
  
• Ability + Flexibility to perform in a fast-paced environment that demands regular elaborated Execution of duties.
• Radical knowledge of online payments and merchants.
• Eager to learn & proactive about new productivity and automation tools.
• Proficient in English along with excellent communication skills.
• Self starter + Coachable without any difficulty/ high coachability rate.
• Maintaining highest standards of ethics, code of conduct and adherence to culture of the organisation.
