Job Duties

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, this candidate is responsible for all aspects of financial and accounting management of the regional offices:

• Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures regarding financial accounting, reporting, and other internal control policies;
• Develop financial plans based on company development need;
• Responsible for financial risk management;
• Monitor the month-end accounts closing and consolidation, and perform financial and management reporting, treasury and financial analysis;
• Oversee internal and external audit programs;
• Responsible for global tax & compliance obligations;
• Propose tax planning opportunities;
• Ensure that regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met regarding the company's financial standing;
• Work closely with headquarter and regional offices to manage working capital, treasury and related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in accounting, finance, economics or its equivalent;
• Qualified Accountant with ACCA or CPA;
• Minimum 5 years of regional experience gained from sizable and multinational organizations;
• Working experience in the US & APAC market is preferrable;
• Exposure in logistics, supply chain or e-commerce is definitely an advantage;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills;
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a Must.
