Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder major in Accounting and a qualified CPA;
• Ideally with over 5 years working experience in real estate development and / or hospitality sector;
• Able to handle construction accounting and review full set of accounts, perform cash flow forecasts, budgeting and variance analysis;
• Practical M&A and investment project loans fundraising experience;
• Strong internal control and best practices knowledge and implementation skill;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, capable of multi-tasking with strong business acumen;
• Good interpersonal skill with experience in supervising subordinates abroad;
• Proactive and able to work independently;
• Excellent command in written and spoken English;
• Exposure in Japan or US accounting is definitely an asset
