Our client, a well-established investment banking company to invite high caliber candidates to join their company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead team to effective the daily finance and accounting operation, including but not limited to financial planning and controlling, management accounting, regulatory reporting, general accounting activities, etc.
• Review operations flow and internal control process of the finance department.
• Update accounting standards and regulatory requirements on financial aspects.
• Review Hong Kong office’s monthly management accounts, consolidation reports and other financial reports.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax planning, bankers and regulatory authorities for Hong Kong office.
• Act as MIC under SFC definition

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, business management or related disciplines
• HKICPA qualification or CPA Qualified
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of management role in brokerage firm / financial institution, asset management sector is high preferred. 
• Knowledge of SFC regulation will be advantages;
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English (fluent in mandarin is preferred)
