Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily routine accounting such as preparation of invoices, vouchers, accounts payable with cheque issue and filing, account receivable & statement;
• Data entry into company financial system;
• Assist team leader on handling financial reports;
• Provide general clerical support & Administrative duties;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary educated with LCCI Intermediate or above;
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, experience in working under retail or e-commerce company is an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing;
• Self-motivated, good team player and good communication skills;
• Able to work independent and under pressure;
• Fresh graduates or less working experience will be considered as Junior Account Clerk;
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is preferred.
