Our client, a well-known insurance company in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular review of Unit Trust and MPF scheme administration including KYC, AML and monitoring of custodian services
• Develop the compliance programs, internal procedures, checklists and acceptance guidelines in respect of unit trust business and ensure it complies with the regulatory requirement, including FATCA and CRS
• Keep update of Securities and Futures Ordinance, related regulations or code and identifying the implication to the Company
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree holders or above. Major in Accounting, Finance, Law or Business Related
• Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance and audit field in asset management industry with preferable 2 years in a supervisory role
• Familiar with KYC and AML related laws and regulation including FATCA and CRS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Strong presentation and problem solving skills
