Responsibilities

• Establish master database through collecting, consolidating and summarizing data and information from various corporate systems
• Daily communicate with users on business report requirements, interpret, organize and translate these requirements into technical solutions
• Perform business ratio & trend analysis and prepare presentation materials to summarize findings & insights
• Prepare comprehensive and detailed markets business reports & cross-channel analytics for management decision makings
• Support the team in annual budgeting process.  Provide variance analysis, insights and forecasting on company business performance
• Assist the Manager in ad hoc data generation and report preparation

Requirements

• Degree holder in business-related disciplines, major in IT, Accounting OR statistics will be a definite advantage
• 3 years experiences in grocery retail with exposures in project implementation is a plus
• Strong numerical sense & analytical skill, experienced in data mining & proficient in analytical tools
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• "High sense of responsibility, good team player with ability to handle multiple tasks & projects independently, able to work under pressure with tight schedules under challenging environment
• Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
