Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Finance / Senior Managers, this role is responsible for:

• Assist and provide support to the Head of Finance / Senior Managers to ensure timely completion of month-end closing
• Prepare full set of accounts, financial schedules, analysis and reconciliation statements
• Prepare management reports on timely basis
• Assist and prepare the internal audit assignments and liaise with external auditors
• Work closely with internal and external parties in gathering information for analysis and reporting
• Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines with recognized qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA, CPAA, etc.)
• 3-5 years' working experience in Accounting / Auditing / Finance
• Good leadership skills in driving performance in a small team (3-4 staff)
• Solid analytical skills, responsible, detail conscious and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Presentable with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using PC operation, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and familiar with accounting software (e.g. MRI)
• Ability to perform multi-tasks, work independently and be a good team player
• Candidates with previous experience in property management business is preferred
• Immediate availability is preferred
