Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Actuarial team.
Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative assistance to the Partner and team
- Assist in preparing client presentations and proposals
- Assist in maintaining the client relationship management systems and processes
- Assist in on-boarding new team members and support the department head in managing people matters
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
- Project manage external marketing events and provide on-site support
- Prepare and issue operational management reports for Partner(s) and subsequently performs analysis to identify any necessary actions relating to staff and team performance
Experience
- Diploma or above with at least three years’ relevant experience
- Ability to multitask and work independently under time pressure
- Relevant experience with proposal preparations
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Fluent English. Knowledge of Mandarin is desirable.
- Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, social media / apps tools
