We are a publicly listed company located in Sheung Wan. To cope with our continuous growth and strategic development, we are inviting a high caliber individual for the following position:

Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare full set of accounts for group companies
2. Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow report and other management reports and analysis
3. Arrange payments for miscellaneous items
4. Assist the finance team to prepare consolidation schedules, year-end closing and audit schedules during interim period and annual audit
5. Support to fulfill company secretarial duties, such as arrange meetings and prepare minutes.
6. Support other financial ad hoc duties and administrative matters

Requirements:

1. High diploma or above in Accounting or relevant qualifications
2. Hand-on experience in listed company’s account department and/or company secretary department preferred.
3. Minimum 4 years relevant experience in auditing/accounting, with PRC experience desirable
4. Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
5. Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word typing
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn, hardworking and well organized
7. Willing to take up challenges, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
8. Immediate available is highly preferred
