Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience in multi-national firm with hands-on experience in AR function
• Good command in both English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in Excel such as Pivot table and V-look up
• Familiar with SUN system is an advantage
• Independent, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediately available is preferable
  
  

Job Description:

• Work closely with the accounting team located in shared service office
• Coordinate the invoicing process
• Responsible for AR function include debt collection
• Prepare cheque payment
• Perform bank accounts reconciliation and AR reconciliation
• Assist in the month end and year end closing
• Assist in preparing accounting schedule;
• Assist in preparing audit schedule;
• Provide clerical support and other ad hoc assignments as assigned
