Our Transaction Services Team comprises professionals from various disciplines and is experienced in advising on domestic and cross-border transactions. We take on the role of an in-house corporate finance team for companies to support their needs in acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and strategic alliances. We offer the flexibility of customizing our services to suit their needs for different stages of transactions.  

Responsibilities:   

• Assist transaction support service including due diligence work and special assignments;
• Assist valuation service including detailed financial analysis and modelling and valuation report generation for business, intangible assets and financial instruments for different purposes including transaction, financial and tax reporting, etc.;
• Perform job-related research and other transaction services support as necessary;
• Strong team spirit to work with team members and cross departments staff; and
• Assist manager in developing training materials and service proposals.  

Requirements:  

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field;
• CPA certification or relevant professional valuation certifications such as CFA, CVA, ASA, CPA/ABV and FRM a plus;
• Minimum of three years’ work experience in finance/accounting/audit/valuation, preferably with some experience in transaction support or valuation services from appraisal firms, audit firms, banks or other financial institutions. Fresh graduates or graduates with less experience will also be considered for an entry level position;
• Knowledge in accounting standards as well as listing rules a plus;
• Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills;
• Ability to work additional hours as needed; and
• Willing to travel to various client sites.
