Job Description

Duties:

- Handle general accounting functions including day to day operations

- Handle customer/vendor settlement

- Prepare monthly financial reporting, management reports and other analysis

- Handle office administrative duties such as courier services, office supplies ordering and office equipment maintenance, etc

Support the whole recruiting process, including job postings, application management, candidate pre-selection, coordination of job interviews

- Keep track of Leave record

- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- F.5 with LCCI Level 3 or above

- Minimum 2- 5 yrs accounting experience in sea / air freight forwarding field

- Proficiency in MS Office and well versed in Excel, Word and accounting software.

- Persistent, mature, self-motivated, hard-working, good sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.

- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin

- Immediately Available is preferred
