Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping for clients
• Handle full set of accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare month-end and year end reports and balance sheet reconciliation
• Liaise with banks for bank facilities
• Liaise and coordinate with auditor

Requirements

Suitable candidates should possess:

• A diploma, degree or professional qualification in Accounting
• Good experience of handling accounting entries and preparing a full set of accounts
• 2-3 years experience in accounting preferably gained in a professional firm
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Knowledge of Quickbooks would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating an good command of written and spoken English
• Good team player who wants to work in an international environment
