Responsibilities:

• report directly to the Assistant Finance Manager;
• mainly working in account payable area of Hong Kong, Australia and Macau;
• handle intercompany transactions and balance reconciliation;
• monitor cashflow and bank balances, as well as to perform bank reconciliation;
• handle staff expenses claims;
• responsible for account reconciliation for month end process
• assist in implementation of new system;
• provide ad hoc support to senior;
• liaise with auditors and external consultants;
• participate in Ad hoc projects and analysis.

Requirements:

•  Degree in Accounting, Professional Qualification preferred;
•  minimum 2 years relevant working experiences;
•  attentive to details and strong analytical mind;
•  mature, willing to work overtime, able to work independently and have the can-do attitude;
•  good command in MS Office Programs;
•  knowledge in JDE and Hyperion would be preferred;
•  good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
