Responsibilities

• Perform financial and operational audits for the group's overall business operations
• Identify major risk areas for the business operations and develop audit plan and programmes to address the risk areas
• Present to the Board on all areas and report audit findings and follow up actions
• Handle compliance audit for ISO9000 & ISO14000 or related certifications
• Review the adequacy and quality of the established internal control procedures
• Conduct special assignments and investigations as and when required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with professional qualifications such as CPA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of solid internal audit, internal control and compliance experience with at least 3 years in supervisory or managerial level
• Familiar with HK & PRC accounting, taxation, regulations and operations
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good report writing, presentation & analytical skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Stationed in Dongguan, China
