Job Description
We are looking for:
- Perform daily routine including A/P duties, A/R duties, staff expenses claims,
- Cheque payments, preparing vouchers and general ledger entries;
- Update employee master in system;
- Handle fund transfer;
- Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions;
- Assist in month-end closing and annual audit
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Diploma or above in Accounting with LCCI level III
- 2-3 years relevant experience preferred;
- Experience in SAP preferred;
- Proficient in Word, Excel and knowledge in computerised environment;
- Responsible, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule and deadlines;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Immediate availability will be an advantage
