We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Finance team. This candidate is responsible for managing daily accounting and treasury functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely monthly statutory reports and ensure legal compliance on taxation and secretarial filing as per local laws.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and analysis of financial data
• Perform budget control, cash flow projection, tax reporting and rolling forecasts
• Review payment run on a timely basis
• Formulate and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Participate in year-end audit
• Participate in SAP system enhancement
• Initiate Cost saving opportunities
• Identify business opportunities and risks to enable decisions on future sourcing strategy by analysing financial and market intelligence
• Own the induction, coaching and development to create a high performing team with clear measures, development plans and support mechanisms to establish succession plans and talent pipelines

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified CPA
• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in managerial level in finance and accounting, preferably with big four accounting firms background
• Sound knowledge of local accounting, tax and audit requirements
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong IT skills especially in the use of MS-Office applications
