Job Responsibilities:

- Bank account management

1. Responsible for opening new bank accounts

2. Check the income / expenditure bank account

3. Make bank ledger in SAP

4. Make bank reconciliation to check with SAP，arrange and distribute bank documents

- L/C business

     1. Check the L/C received and query bank rankings

     2. Review /amend the L/C ，bank documents and authorize signature

     3. Follow up the collection of L/C    

     4. Prepare documents for negotiation of usance L/C and select the appropriate discount bank

 - Payment

1. Prepare payment requests: sea freight, insurance, L/C notification fees, business registration fees, courier charges, hedging losses etc.

2. Review payment (cheque /remittance), and return to bank receipt

3. Deal with internal company payments

4. Other relevant work

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above in Accounting

• More than 5 years of international trade experience

• Good knowledge at import & export documents（DP /DA /LC), relevant banking knowledge

• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Good PC knowledge, MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint skills

• Immediate availability is preferred
