Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly budgeting, forecasting, cash flow statement, and management reporting;
• Prepare consolidation accounts / financial reporting / schedules of the listed groups and subsidiaries;
• Assist to handle the result announcement and interim & annual reports in compliance with HK listing rules;
• Liaise with external auditors in connection with audit process and assist in handling all taxation related issues;
• Review the monthly management accounts and schedules prepared by subordinates;
• Liaise with other Departments for preparing management analysis and reviewing budget variance; and
• Perform any ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with a recognized professional account qualification in HKICPA or equivalent;
• At least 5 years’ experience of which 3 years gained in a sizeable audit firm and the rest gained in a sizeable listed company;
• Previous listed company and external auditing work experience is preferred;
• Solid knowledge in the HKFRS & HKAS and taxation reporting requirements in Hong Kong & PRC;
• Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel), knowledge in SUN accounting software is an advantage;
• A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken; and
• Hardworking, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
