Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including but not limited to preparation of monthly financial statements, accounting analysis schedules and budgets of multiple business areas or units
• Prepare full set of monthly consolidated accounts for group management reporting purposes
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Improve procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Manage group's cash flow, taxation and financial controls
• Travel to Mainland China for accounting matters including but not limited to stock take 
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Report to management on a regular basis
• Supervise and guide a team of 3-4 staff
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines
• Qualified accountant of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
• 4 years of solid of relevant experience in a supervisory role
• Thorough understanding of HK accounting standards
• Knowledge of PRC accounting standards preferred  
• Experience in accounting for PRC commercial environment preferred
• Strong analytical skills and personality with good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)  
• Proficient in MS office and well versed in EXCEL, Chinese word Processing and experience in Microsoft Dynamic Software preferred
