Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior Finance Manager and the incumbent is responsible for day to day finance management and support to the team
• Provide suggestions to help Senior Finance Manager in daily financial decision making and fully support the instruction from Senior Finance Manager.
• Monitor and review regular financial and management reports/analysis consolidation including budget, forecast, cash flow, profits tax filing, monthly closing and costing analysis as well as ad hoc assignments
• Be responsible for statutory internal and external audit
• Execute and develop an effective costing system
• Provide guidance and support to local Finance team to implement local financial policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent, must possess professional accounting qualifications such as HKSA, ACCA or CPA
• Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience plus 3 years in managerial role of leading a sizable team and audit experience in Big 4 is preferable
• Strong knowledge of PRC tax, accounting and foreign exchange regulations and custom operations
• Proficiency in HKGAAP, PRC GAAP & IFRS
• Familiar with SAP or ERP system
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills, result-oriented driven
• Proactive, result oriented driven, independent, well-organized and a good team player
• Strong sense of responsibility and analytical skill in problem solving
• Excellent communication skill in both English & Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly desirable
• Frequent travel across Mainland China areas is required
