Company:

A HK based apparel trading company and buying office with regional offices serving customers globally

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Managing Director (Expatriate).
• Handle full set of accounts.
• Review payment settlements, vouchers, debit notes, credit control and accounts consolidation.
• Preparation of management accounts and schedules.
• Prepare financial reporting in compliance with the statutory requirements and tax compliance.
• To review and streamline the daily accounting system and work procedures.
• To actively investigate and develop accounts and finance related digital tools and applications to improve business intelligence.
• To work with management team to assess and develop business opportunities as appropriate.
• To supervise & coach juniors in the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder or relevant discipline.
• 10+ years’ of accounting experience in which 2 years in supervisory level.
• Mature, self-motivated and independent.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage.
• Travel to overseas offices occasionally.
