Main Tasks and Responsibilities –

Handle Accounts Receivable Duties such as:

• Credit control & closely monitoring on debts collection
• Bi-weekly dunning run & follow up
• Daily checks bank in and receipts update in SAP
• Hold weekly AR meeting with sales department & monthly AR meeting with Operation Managers & Branch Manager
• Close communication with ops & sales to ensure clients always have goods on water
• Tailor made SOA for specific clients’ requests
• Company search for credit facilities
• Update & report to Atradius for AR insurance coverage issue
• Monitor on SC AR outstanding & DSO
• Prepare bank document
• Aware of international and local industry changes
• Be prepared to rotate jobs with peers and teach skills
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements: 

• Form 5/DSE and LCC Higher or above
• At least 1 year accounting experience preferably in AR
• SAP experience an advantage
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, well organized and can work under pressure
• Immediately available
