Job Responsibilities

• Submit FRR to SFC (be prepared to learn SFC rules and regulations)
• Handle daily accounting, stock / cash settlement and operation work
• Handle CCASS transactions and ensure compliance in meeting the liquid capital requirements and client money rules on a daily basis

• Handle full set of accounts (including preparation of journal entries, accounts receivable and payables, inter-company balances, month end closing etc.)
• Perform budgeting and forecasting for the company
• Assist in management analysis and consolidation reporting of the Group
• Assist ad-hoc assignment as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in securities brokerage industry.
• Knowledge of FRR is preferred
• Know how to use MYOB, Excel, Word and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Familiar with HK taxation, company secretary knowledge is an advantage;
• Well organized, good communication, self-motivated and willing to learn.
