Reporting to the CFO and oversee all accounting functions in the PRC offices.

 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for PRC subsidiaries month end closing, preparation of local management accounts and financial reporting package for group consolidation on a timely and accurate manner;
• Responsible for preparation of other financial schedules, analysis and reports for management use and/or group finance requirements;
• Ensure compliance with the statutory requirements of audit and tax filing in PRC;
• Maintain, comply, develop and implement accounting policies in line with the group policies;
• Assist, monitor and provide technical guidance to subordinates;
• Improve and enhance internal controls on the accounting process;
• Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by senior management.
• Based at Hong Kong with travelling to the PRC is required.

 Requirements:

• University degree in accountancy, finance or other related disciplines with professional membership/qualifications;
• Minimum 6 years’ PRC accounting experience;
• Experience in listed companies and Big Four are advantages;
• Good knowledge of PRC accounting standards, PRC GAAP, taxation policies, HKFRS and other related regulations;
• Good command on both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Technical knowledge of ERP system is desired.
