Job Description
Responsibility
- Lead accounts receivable team in daily functions
- Responsible for AR and sales reporting, collection forcecast, month end report, and bank reconciliation
- Following with customer enquiries and to communicate with other department on a regular basis
- Review the workflow of AR regularly and continuously improve in credit control and debt collection process
- Liaise with internal counterparts on billing and collection related issues
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
- 3-5 years experiences in credit control
- Proficient with MS office application
- Hand work and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Immediate available is preferred
