Job Duties

1. Construct financial models for business valuations, intangible asset valuations and financial instrument valuations.
2. Manage and supervise team members.
3. Prepare valuation reports.
4. Conduct market and industry research.
5. Provide consultancy services to our clients.
6. Participate in marketing work, such as prepare marketing materials, meeting with clients, etc..
7. Maintain in-house research database.
8. Conduct administrative work.
9. Carry out site inspection.
10. Carry out ad-hoc assignments.
11. Ensure the works done meet the highest level of standard.
12. Help to buildup and maintain relationship with clients.

Job Requirements

1. Degree holder with major in finance, financial engineering, accounting, economics, or other financial related disciplines.
2. Holder or candidate of professional qualifications such as CPA and CFA, etc. is an advantage.
3. More than 5 year relevant working experience (candidates with less experience will also be considered).Good financial analytical skills and computer software application (particularly in Excel) and options pricing models.
4. Excellent skills in analyzing market and financial data.
5. Excellent skills in report writing.
6. Self-motivated, good communication skills and problem solving abilities.
7. Able to work under pressure and under tight schedule.
8. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
9. Willing to learn and work as a good team player.
