Job Description

• Assist in the monthly financial closing with regards to Accounts Receivable
• Responsible for mailing of account statement to customers and affiliates of the Group.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding debt and posting of receipts
• Identify overdue balances and follow up on overdue debts collection actively
• Liaise with concerned parties for recovery plan on continuous overdue accounts or breach of credit limits as well as implementation
• Ensure customer's approved credit period and limit are met
• Maintain and update customer credit list periodically
• Prepare various reports and analysis, e.g. monthly aging report, credit management report
• Provide support for ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• University graduate in Accountancy/Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in handling AR and Debt collection.
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good command of interpersonal and communication skills 
• Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Independent, attention to details and well-organized
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
• Immediate available is preferred
