Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Handle AR, AP, GL, invoice, and payment to meet business operational needs;
• Prepare month-end closing, annual audit, internal control, management reports, and tax issue for the "business units";
• Coordinate with subsidiaries on daily operations, including transaction processing, regular account-checking, invoice, receipt, cheque payments, filing of accounting records, and etc;
• Ensure implementation of proper internal control procedures and compliance with Group accounting policies;
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks as requested.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent;
• Holder of Membership in ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional body;
• At least 3 years relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis;
• Experience or knowledge in construction industry is preferred;
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proactive, independent, and committed with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
• Immediately available is preferred.
