Finance & Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting functions

• Maintain a good filing system and keep proper records of documents including correspondence and company files

• Adhere to corporate governance and internal control compliance

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Executive

• Assist in improvement projects in Netsuite ERP and other system implementation

• Perform ad hoc projects and analysis

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting related discipline or above

• 3 years or above experience in Accounting field

• Relevant experience in providing support to Executives

• Self-motivated, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility

• Familiar with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing; accounting software: Netsuite and Quickbook 

• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese

• Ethical and proper handling of confidential information is a must
