Responsibilities

Report directly to the Finance Director, responsible for:

• lPerforming FP&A planning, reporting and analysis for the Group’s business and project invested in China.
• lPreparing financial modelling and projections (including PL forecasts, Capex investment forecasts and cashflow projections) supported by valid assumptions through detailed market research and data collection.
• lPreparing operational and cashflow budgets, and periodic rolling forecasts and analysis with high level of accuracy.
• lLiaising with various parties such as legal and tax advisors, bankers, government departments and other related parties
• lAssisting the Finance Director for other ad hoc assignments

Requirements :

• lDegree holder in business, finance/accounting with professional qualifications. 
• lMinimum 8 years of work experience, with a major focus on financial planning & analysis with good analytical skillsets.
• lExposure in Big 4 is preferred; experience with hospitality/resort industry is a plus. 
• lWith comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, PRC taxation and other regulatory requirements
• lGood interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate with others.
• lHigh level of motivation, able to meet tight timelines, work independently and under pressure.
• lGood computer literacy in particular advanced skills in using Excel and Powerpoint.
• lGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin.
