A world leading business of the Hong Kong Listed Conglomerate is looking for an experienced Internal Control / Compliance professional to join and take up the team. 

Reporting to the Group Head of Compliance & Control, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team 4 Managers and supporting the compliance function and report to compliance committee and designated compliance officer of the Group
• Promoting high standards of integrity within the organization & ensuring alignment to Corporate as well as external policies & guidelines, through adequate procedures & process controls
• Taking the ownership of internal policies, procedures & SOPs to ensure the staffs enforcing the compliance
• Providing guidance to the business functions & addressing their queries regarding the defined compliance standards
• Fostering a climate & culture of compliance through trainings & communications
• Operating the risk assurance and anti-fraud workplace to senior management
• Addressing and reporting the compliance issues and providing the adequate and cohesive solutions

To be considered a successful candidate, you will need to demonstrate:

• Bachelor of Finance or related disciplines
• At least 12 years of professional experience including both big 4 auditors background and commercial sectors
• Solid knowledge of compliance and risk management, Information security, Corporate policy and code of conduct, as well as anti-fraud framework
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
