Responsibilities:

• Assist our in-house consultants to handle enquiries on general insurance matters
• Liaise with insurance companies to obtain insurance quotations, risk placement and follow up on policy issuance
• Offer after-sales services including administrative duties and claims inquiries
• Conduct insurance products training for agency force
• Monitor premium payment and credit control
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with at least 5 years relevant experience in general insurance industry
• Holder of ANZIIF, ACII or equivalent qualification
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
